Nestle Recipe
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bundle pechay Tagalog, sliced
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 cup sliced pork liver
  • 1 Gram Pork Liver
  • 1 pc small sayote, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 1 pc onion, cut into strips
  • ¼ kg Lucban miki noodles (dry)
  • 1 pc small carrot, cut into strips
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Step 1
Sauté garlic, onion, pork, liver and shrimp in oil. Pour water and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Step 2
Stir in noodle and cook until almost dry. Add carrot, sayote and pechay.
Step 3
Transfer into serving plate lined with banana leaves and serve with spiced vinegar or calamansi.
