1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
¼ kg shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
½ kg fresh miki noodles, blanched, drained and rinsed twice
1 cup vegetable oil
1 pc small carrot, julienned
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp sliced spring onion
1 cup diced tofu
2 pcs egg, hard boiled and sliced
1 pc onion, chopped
Fry tofu in oil until golden brown. Strain and set aside.
Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion, shrimp, chicken and carrot for 1 minute.
Add noodles and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer on a serving plate. Garnish with egg and spring onion and serve.
