2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
½ kg whole pork shoulder (kasim)
1 head garlic, crushed
¼ cup brown sugar
Combine pork, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, sugar, cooking wine and garlic in a small pot. Pour water to barely cover the pork. Simmer for 1½ hours. Remove pork and set aside.
Simmer cooking liquid until slightly thick and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Slice pork and transfer into a serving plate. Pour sauce on top and serve.
