½ kg skinless pork shoulder (kasim), sliced
¼ cup banana catsup
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
½ cup pineapple juice
1 cup water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup brown sugar
Marinate pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pineapple juice, sugar, pepper and catsup overnight in the refrigerator.
Transfer on a pan. Pour water, cover and simmer until tender. Remove cover and continue to simmer until almost dry.
Pour oil and sauté pork until golden brown and caramelized. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with garlic fried rice and egg.
