1 pc finger chili
1 kg cleaned and rinsed salmon head
2 thumb-size ginger, cut into strips
1 sachet 22g MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc onion, quartered
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cup water
2 cups picked leaves and tender stems of kangkong
2 pcs tomatoes, quartered
1 cup sliced radish
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, tomatoes and finger chili in oil.
Add salmon head. Pour water and simmer. Skim the scum.
Add radish. Pour MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix. Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
