  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black peppercorn
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • ½ kg chicken legs
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 head garlic, crushed
Step 1
Combine chicken, garlic, peppercorn, vinegar, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, soy sauce and water in a pot. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat oil in a separate pan, strain chicken and sauté until golden brown.
Step 3
Pour cooking liquid and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
