  • ½ cup 50g 2-inch pieces sitaw
  • 1 sachet 22g MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix
  • 1 pc finger chili
  • 1 kg sliced pork pata (front), blanched
  • 2 pcs gabi, peeled and quartered
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 pc medium onion, quartered
  • ½ cup 50g biased okra
  • ½ cup 50g biased radish
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 cup 50g picked leaves and tender stems of kangkong
Step 1
Combine pork and water in a pot. Simmer for 1 hour. Add onion, tomato, gabi and finger chili and continue to simmer until tender.
Step 2
Remove gabi, mash and stir in the broth to thicken the soup.
Step 3
Add radish, okra and sitaw with 2-minute intervals.
Step 4
Pour MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampaloc Mix, fish sauce and brown sugar. Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
