1 pc finger chili
1 sachet 22g MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix
2 cups picked leaves and tender stems of kangkong
1 stalk lemongrass (tanglad), pounded and tied
½ kg cleaned medium prawns
4 cups water
1 pc medium onion, quartered
4 pcs small gabi, peeled and quartered
1 cup coconut cream
2 pcs tomatoes, quartered
Simmer onion, tomatoes, finger chili, lemongrass and gabi in water for 15 minutes.
Add prawns and coconut cream and simmer for 1 minute.
Pour MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix. Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
