If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine oil and garlic in a pan. Gently fry until light golden brown. Strain and set aside.
Coat crab with cornstarch and sauté in oil. Remove and set aside.
Sauté ginger, scallions, chili in the same pan. Add back the pieces of crab and toasted garlic. Pour Chinese rice wine. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
