Nestle Recipe
  • ½ kg skinless pork loins (approx. 6pcs)
  • 2 tbsp tomato catsup
  • 1/2 cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 cups japanese breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 pcs eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp cup brown sugar
Step 1
Season pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Coat well with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat well with bread crumbs. Set aside.
Step 2
Pan fry pork in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.
Step 3
Combine MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, catsup, sweet chili sauce, sugar and water in a small pan. Simmer and transfer into serving bowl.
Step 4
Cut pork into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and serve with dipping sauce and shredded cabbage.
