Nestle Recipe
  • 6 Slices Cheese
  • 1/4 kg freshly ground pork
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp sliced spring onion
  • 6 pcs pan de sal
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 pcs large eggplant
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
Step 1
Pierce eggplant with a fork and roast over open flame until charred. Set aside in a bowl and cover. Once cooled, peel off charred skin and coarsely chop.
Step 2
Combine eggplant, ground pork, onion, garlic and spring onion. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Mix well and for into 6 equal patties.
Step 3
Pan fry patties in oil until golden brown. Place cheese on top. Toast pan de sale and assemble with patties. Serve immediately.

Note:
Add other accompaniments like slices of tomato, cucumber, lettuce or coleslaw.
