If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté shrimp heads in oil. Crush heads to extract more of its flavor. Add garlic, ginger, onion and tomatoes. Pour water and simmer for 10mins. Strain broth into another pot. Bring to a boil.
Add siling panigang, radish, okra and sitaw with 2mins. intervals.
Pour MAGGI® Magic Sinigang Original Sampaloc Mix, fish sauce and sugar.
Stir in shrimp, tanigue and kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
