If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Marinate chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and Chinese rice wine. Coat well with flour and fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, ginger and dried chilies. Pour Chinese rice wine, rice wine vinegar, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, sugar and water. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture and simmer until sauce is thick.
Toss in fried chicken and cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate and top with scallions.
