If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Marinate pork meat with soy sauce, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, pepper and bay leaves. Set aside.
Place pork fat in a pan with ½ cup of water. Simmer until dry, Add oil and sauté pork fat until golden brown. Add garlic, onion and tomato. Cook for 2mins. Add marinated pork and cook for 5mins.
Pour enough water to barely cover the pork. Cover with a lid and simmer for 30mins
Marinate pork liver with sukang Iloko. Set aside.
Add potato, carrot and bell pepper in pan and continue to cook for 5mins.
Rinse and drain pork liver. Add in the pan with green peas and MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Simmer for 5mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
