If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, shallots and ginger in oil. Add pork and fish sauce and cook for 2mins.
Pour water, cover and simmer for 40mins.
Add in liver and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in spring onion. Transfer on a serving bowl and serve.
