If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Marinate pork in MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, garlic, parsley, thyme and oregano in the refrigerator overnight.
Place aromatics in the center of the pork and tie into a roll using a butcher’s twine.
Preheat oven at 350˚F. Place pork in a roasting pan with rack. Pour white wine and water. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and roast for 1 hour. Remove aluminum foil and continue to roast until golden brown and skin in crispy. Brush with olive oil.
Remove from the oven and set aside. Strain drippings into a sauce pan and skim off rendered fat. Simmer until slightly thick.
Remove butcher’s twine and cut into serving pieces. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with sauce.
