Carefully drop egg in boiling water. Simmer for 7mins. Strain and place in ice water. Peel and set aside.
Sauté meatloaf in oil for 1min. Remove and set aside.
Pour water in the same pan and bring to a boil. Add MAGGI Kari noodles, seasoning powder, MAGGI Magic Sarap and bamboo shoots. Simmer for 2 mins.
Pour into a serving bowl. Cut egg in half and place on top of noodles. Top with meatloaf and scallions. Serve immediately.
