If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Marinate goat meat in vinegar and calamansi juice. Set aside while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
Place marinated goat meat in a pot. Pour water and add pandan leaves. Simmer for 40mins.
Sauté potato and carrot in oil until golden brown. Strain and set aside.
Sauté chicken liver in the same pan until golden brown. Remove from the pan, mash and set aside.
Sauté onion, garlic, Palapang Sakurab, tomato and pineapple chunks in the same pan. Strain goat meat and add to the pan. Cook for 5mins. Add mashed chicken liver and cook for another 2mins.
Pour cooking liquid and tomato sauce. Add sautéed potato and carrot. Simmer until sauce is thick. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
Turn off heat. Stir in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
