If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Boil MAGGI® Kari noodles in 1 ½ cups of water for 1min. Drain noodles and set aside to cool.
Combine cooked noodles with cabbage, carrot, eggs and MAGGI® Kari seasoning powder. Mix well.
Preheat a small nonstick pan and drizzle 1tbsp of oil. Pour noodle mixture, spread evenly and cook over medium heat for 3mins.
Cover with a plate, flip, drizzle remaining 1tbsp of oil and slide back the Okonomiyaki to cook the other side for 2mins. Spread MAGGI® Oyster Sauce on top.
Slide out into a serving plate and set aside for 10mins.
Drizzle mayonnaise and top with spring onion and toasted garlic. Serve warm.
