If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine coconut milk, garlic, ginger, alamang and pepper in a pan. Simmer while stirring.
Add tinapa and chilies. Gently stir and simmer for 5mins.
Pour coconut cream and stir in gabi leaves. Simmer for 15mins while occasionally stirring. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
