If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine flour, egg, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, water and 2tbsp oil in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Heat a nonstick pan and brush a little oil. Pour ¼ cup of the batter and swirl to cover the pan. Cook for 1 min and flip to cook the other side. Set aside and cook the rest of the batter.
For the filling, sauté pork, heart of palm and shrimp. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Set aside in a plate to cool.
For the sauce, combine garlic, water, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper, peanut butter and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to simmer. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken sauce. Set aside.
Assemble the lettuce and filling in the crepe. Transfer into a serving plate. Pour sauce and garnish with peanuts, toasted garlic and spring onion.
