If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Mix leftover fish, garlic and onion, singkamas, carrot, eggs and kinchay. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and mix well.
Place 1 tbsp of the mixture on a lumpia wrapper, roll tightly and seal with flour and water mixture. Assemble the rest of the lumpia.
Fry lumpia in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
