Marinate squid in MAGGI® Savor Calamansi and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® for 5mins.
Meanwhile, mix NESTLE® All Purpose Cream with garlic, spring onion, MAGGI® Savor Calamansi and pepper. Set aside as dipping sauce.
Combine flour and cornstarch. Coat squid well with the flour mixture. Fry in preheated oil over high heat for 1min. Strain and transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Repeat process in batches.
Transfer freshly cooked squid on a serving plate and serve with Garlic Cream Dip.
