If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Marinate tuna in MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Savor Chilimansi.
Preheat a clean grill. Coat tuna with oil and grill for 3 – 4mins per side. Set aside.
Combine vinegar, salt, onion, ginger, finger chili, red chili, cucumber and coconut milk. Mix well.
Cut grilled tuna into bite-size pieces. Toss in the cucumber mixture. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
