If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine ground pork, onion, garlic, carrot, egg, 2tbsp MAGGI® Savor Classic and MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Mix well and for into 2tbsp meatballs. Stuff with hotdog balls and form into balls. Set aside.
Melt butter in a pan and sauté meatballs until golden brown.
Add sugar, 1tbsp MAGGI® Savor Classic and water. Mix well to make a glaze.
Transfer on a serving plate. Serve with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and red onion on the side.
