If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Marinate chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, MAGGI® Savor Chilimansi, vinegar, lemongrass, ginger, garlic and pepper. Set aside.
Combine annatto seeds and oil in a pan. Gently heat for 3mins and strain.
Skewer chicken pieces and brush with annatto oil. Preheat a clean grill and cook for 2 – 3mins per side.
Transfer on a serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar.
