If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté onion and apple in oil until golden brown. Add garlic, ginger and curry powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add flour and cook for 2mins. Stir in water and bring to simmer. Cook for 5mins. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer into a blender and purée until smooth.
Pour sauce back in a sauce pan, add carrots and simmer for 10 minutes.
Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat well with bread crumbs. Set aside.
Pan fry chicken in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.
Pour sauce on a plate. Slice chicken into strips, place on top of sauce and top with parsley. Serve warm.
