If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Fry egg in vegetable oil until edges are crispy. Set aside.
Remove excess oil for the pan leaving 1 tbsp. Sauté garlic until light golden brown. Strain and set aside for topping.
Sauté sisig in the same pan for 2 minutes. Stir in red onion, remove from the pan and set aside.
Add rice in the same pan. Gently fluff for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and drizzle MAGGI® Savor Chilimansi.
Place sisig on top of rice. Top with fried egg, drizzle mayonnaise, top with toasted garlic and scallion. Serve with MAGGI® Savor Chilimansi on the side
