If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté mushrooms in butter for 5mins. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mushroom mixture for topping.
Add onion and garlic and cook for 2mins. Add flour and cook for 2mins.
Stir in water and mushroom water. Bring to a simmer. Transfer into a blender and purée until smooth. Pour back in the same pot.
Crumble MAGGI Magic Chicken Cubes. Season with pepper and nutmeg. Stir in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Pour into a serving bowl, top with reserved sautéed mushrooms and serve.
