If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, tomato and siling panigang in oil.
Add chicken and fish sauce. Stir and cook for 5 mins.
Pour water and simmer for 10 mins. Add sitaw and simmer for another 2 mins.
Pour MAGGI® Magic Sinigang with Gabi. Stir in bulaklak ng sampalok. Simmer for another 2mins Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
