If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season chicken and shrimp separately with ¼ sachet each of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté chicken in 1 tbsp of oil for 1 minute. Strain and set aside.
Sauté shrimp in the pan for 20 seconds. Strain and set aside.
Pour remaining 2 tbsp of oil in the wok, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add onion and chili and continue to cook for another minute. Pour water and bring to simmer.
Add remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, catusp and sugar. Stir in egg noodles. Cover and cook for 5mins while stirring occasionally.
Stir in spring onion, chicken and shrimp. Cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with lime
