If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion and chicken in 1 tbsp of oil.
Add corn, carrot and green peas. Season with ¾ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI Oyster Sauce. Mix in rice and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate.
Beat eggs with remaining ¼ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Heat a nonstick pan and add remaining 1 tbsp of oil. Pour beaten eggs and stir with a spatula for 30secs. Move egg to one side of the pan and fold to form a football shaped omelet.
Place omelet on top of the rice and slice open to expose runny center of the egg. Drizzle catsup, top with spring onion and serve warm.
