Season beef with 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté in olive oil, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Sauté garlic, onion and bell pepper in olive oil. Add tomato paste, beef, bay leaves, MAGGI Soy and tomato sauce. Pour enough water to barely cover the beef. Simmer until meat is tender. Skim off fat as needed.
