Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté garlic, ginger and onion in oil. Add mirin, sugar, water, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and sesame oil. Simmer until slightly thick. Strain and set aside.
Season chicken with ½ sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and coat half of the teriyaki sauce. Marinate for 30mins.
Preheat a clean grill and brush with oil. Grill salmon for 2mins. per side.
Place chicken on top of rice, pour sauce on top and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
