If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Preheat oil and sauté chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion and siling labuyo in the same pan for 2mins.
Add lime soda, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and pepper. Place back sautéed chicken and simmer for 10mins.
Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and serve.
