Season pork belly with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Wrap enoki mushroom with pork belly. Set aside.
Combine water, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, garlic, chili, sugar and pepper in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce. Set aside.
Preheat a large pan and drizzle vegetable oil. Grill wrapped mushrooms for 2 minutes per side. Brush with the prepared sauce and continue to grill until golden brown.
Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and chili flakes.
