Season pork with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Heat oil in a sauce pan just big enough for the size of the pork. Sauté pork until golden brown.
Add garlic, ginger, Chinese cooking wine, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, sugar, five spice powder and pepper. Pour just enough water to cover pork. Simmer for 45 minutes. Remove pork and set aside.
Simmer cooking liquid until slightly thick.
Cut pork into ¼ -inch thick slices. Pour sauce and serve with bokchoy.
