If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté mushroom in a dry pan for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Pour oil in the same pan, add garlic, onion, ginger and chili. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cooked mushroom. Add MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, sugar and sesame oil.
Transfer on a serving bowl. Top with spring onion and sesame seeds.
Fry wonton wrappers in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with Oystar Mushroom Dip.
