If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion, bagoong and turmeric powder in oil. Add Palapang Sakurab and cook for 2mins.
Pour water and simmer. Add sitaw and kalabasa and cook for 5mins.
Add ampalaya, okra and eggplant. Cover and simmer for 5mins.
Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and cook for another 5mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve immediately.
