If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté onion, garlic, tomato and Palapang Sakurab in oil for 10mins.
Add turmeric powder, ampalayang uwak and grated coconut. Cook for 5mins.
Pour coconut milk and water. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Cover and simmer for another 10mins.
Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
