If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season catfish with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and 1 tbsp of turmeric powder. Fry fish in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, chili, Palapang Sakurab and remaining 1 tbsp of turmeric powder for 5mins. Add grated coconut and cook for 2mins.
Add fried fish, coconut milk, water and remaining sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Simmer for 15mins.
Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
