If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, pork and bagoong in oil. Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add kalabasa, okra and sitaw in 2-minute intervals. Add ampalaya and eggplant and simmer for 5 minutes.
Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
