If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion, tomato and bagoong in the same pan. Add lechon and cook for 2mins. Pour water and simmer for 5mins.
Add kalabasa, okra and sitaw in 2-mins intervals. Add ampalaya, eggplant and lechon and simmer for 5mins.
Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
