If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine pork, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, garlic, vinegar, water, peppercorn and bay leaf in a pot. Cover and simmer for 45mins. Strain pork and set aside.
Sauté pork and garlic in oil until light golden brown. Pour cooking liquid and season with MAGGI Magic Sarap®. Simmer until sauce is thick and coating the pork.
Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
