Marinate pork with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® , pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic and olive oil.
Sauté peppers and onion in olive oil until caramelized. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, and sugar. Turn off heat and stir in balsamic vinegar and basil.
Pan sear pork chops in a sauté pan for 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes. Slice, transfer on a serving platter with the pepper and onion relish.
