Choose from the list of ingredients
Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Dredge well in flour, dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Fry breaded pork in preheated oil over medium high heat until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Mix MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and catsup to make sauce for the pork. Set aside.
Lightly spread mayonnaise on white bread. Assemble fried pork, sauce and lettuce. Trim off the edges and cut in half. Serve immediately,
