Step1
5 MinMarinate pork belly with MAGGI® Magic Sinigang Original Sampaloc Mix, MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. -

10 MinCoat the pork with oil and grill pork for 4 – 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. Cut into bite-size pieces. -

3 MinCombine vinegar, ginger, siling panigang, siling labuyo, sugar, calamansi juice and salt. -
