If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Marinate pork chops with garlic, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, MAGGI® Savor Savor Hot Chili, calamansi juice, brown sugar and pepper. Set aside in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove pork from the refrigerator 1hr before grilling. Coat the pork with vegetable oil and grill over medium high heat for 3 – 4mins. per side. Set aside for 10mins to rest.
Cut into serving pieces, transfer into a serving plate and serve immediately.
