Season pork belly with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Add MAGGI® Savor hot chili and garlic. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove pork from the refrigerator 1 hour before grilling. Brush lightly with oil and grill over charcoal for 10 minutes per side. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes.
Cut into serving pieces. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar.
