If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Fry sliced tofu in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Cut into cubes and set aside.
Remove oil from the pan and add olive oil. Add garlic and sauté until light golden brown. Strain and set aside for topping.
Add onion and finger chili in the same pan with olive oil. Cook for 1 minute. Add mushroom and tofu. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper and MAGGI® Savor Classic.
Transfer on a serving plate, top with toasted garlic and parsley and serve.
